IFS, one of the largest schools in the AEFE network (3000 students and 400 employees), seeks to attract, nurture and retain individuals of the highest professional integrity and calibre who are committed to international education and fully believe in the power of a multilingual, multicultural environment as a gateway to educating tomorrow’s global citizens.
The vast majority of our teachers are certified, whether in France, US, UK or in their home country. Teachers usually have at least three years of teaching experience. IFS recruits teachers in different subjects for permanent or temporary positions. We also hire teachers’ assistants, Discipline Masters, Student Assistants, etc. as well as employees for our support functions and administrative departments.
We seek individuals able to work well on teams and within the framework of the whole-school project. For other professional positions, we expect to see strong evidence of experience in a particular area as well as the ability to work well within a team environment. Respect for others, loyalty and team spirit, lie at the heart of what we do.
