Marie Rose Moro is a child and adolescent psychiatrist, university professor and hospital practitioner in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Paris Descartes and a French psychoanalyst.
Marie Rose directed the department of child and adolescent psychopathology and general psychiatry in Bobigny from 2000 to 2014. Since 2004, she has created and directed the Maison de Solenn, maison des adolescents at the Cochin Hospital (HUPC, APHP), which is committed to supporting adolescents in difficulty.
She conducts research on babies, children and adolescents: children of multiracial parents, bilingual children, adopted children or expatriate children. Her scientific work also concerns therapeutic protocols, crossbreeding, bilingualism, psychological trauma, etc.
Marie Rose Moro is the author of “Quand ça va, Quand ça va pas : Leur(s) famille(s) expliquée(s) aux enfants et aux parents” (published by Glénat Jeunesse, April 2021). She also published “Les ados expliqués à leurs parents” (published by Bayard, January 2015)
She was awarded the French National Order of Merit in 2006 and the French Legion of Honour in 2008.
