Join us in Celebrating Dance and Supporting IFS Students at Their Performance
It is with great pleasure that IFS will host the Dance Festival (PROZAP) from 7 to 10 April 2025. We hope that many of you will join us this year to share in this wonderful experience and applaud our young dancers on stage during their performance:
“La boîte de Pandore”
Thursday, 10 April at 7:30 P.M.
Amphitheatre 2900
Our talented dancers from the Secondary Sports ECA will participate in this splendid event alongside students from Lycée Français René Descartes in Phnom Penh, Life School in Jakarta and Lycée Français in Shanghai. They will all have the privilege of training with Rodolphe Viaud for four days.
Rodolphe Viaud, a dancer, choreographer, and director based in Toulouse, has graciously coached our ECA Dance students five times already ( in 2018, 2019, 2023, 2024 and 2025). On these occasions, the Rodolphe Viaud company presented two of his remarkable pieces: “RE.0”, “La table de trois” and “Life”.

The main objective of this project in the Asia-Pacific region is to offer our students a comprehensive artistic creation experience while fostering a powerful moment of performance shared with their peers from French high schools and other international institutions.
Through dance, this festival fosters meaningful encounters and cultural exploration, broadening our perspectives on the world and others. It shapes the language of the body while introducing our students to a diverse range of dance forms, from traditional and classical to modern, contemporary, hip-hop, krump, and street dance.
The project weaves a narrative through movement, intertwining gestures and raising awareness of meaningful causes, serving as a catalyst for artistic creation.
It is a remarkable opportunity to encourage exchanges and celebrate the uniqueness of each individual, empowering our dancers to explore and embrace their own identities.
This performance will showcase creations developed during the training course with Rodolphe Viaud, alongside works conceived throughout the ECA sessions, bringing together students from all participating schools in this project.
