Key Steps for Building a Bright Future

The choices made after high school often shape the future of secondary school students. To guide them through this crucial stage, IFS is organising a Careers Fair on:

Friday, 22 March, from 2 PM to 4 PM, for Grade 9 Students
Saturday, 23 March, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, for high school students and their parents

This initiative, led by the Career Guidance Department, provides students with a unique opportunity to meet and discuss with professionals from various sectors, helping them gain a clearer understanding of their post-high school personal journey.

The key objectives of this event include:

  • A Bridge Between Education and the Professional World:   Gathering representatives from different sectors, ranging from medicine to computer science, arts, and sciences. Allowing students to immerse themselves in the reality of the working world and discover various possibilities.
  • Direct Meetings with Experienced Professionals: Providing students with the opportunity to meet seasoned professionals. Sharing experiences, discussing career challenges, and offering valuable advice.
  • Exploring New Career Perspectives: Encouraging students to step out of their comfort zones and consider previously unexplored options. Exposing students to a variety of careers to broaden their horizons and stimulate reflection on possible choices.

The IFS Careers Fair is an invaluable opportunity for secondary school students. By offering a direct insight into the professional world, facilitating interactions with experts, and providing practical tools for career guidance, this event significantly contributes to preparing students to make informed choices for their future.
