Rules and Fees

Internal regulations for ECA for 2024-2025

These rules and regulations apply to all Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) offered by the International French School (Singapore), in addition to the IFS rules and regulations.

Fees and payment

To facilitate the administrative management of the volume, the ECA are paid by direct debit (GIRO). If you do not yet have a GIRO, you can create one in just a few minutes.

Only registrations made within the required deadlines and for which direct debit is active (GIRO) will be validated. You can check the status of your GIRO directly from your Eduka Parent Portal / Billing section. Existing GIROs can be reused from one year to the next if you have not cancelled them yourself with your bank.

For newcomers to Singapore: you can set up GIRO once your local bank account has been opened.

Once registration is confirmed, you may not cancel the activity or request a refund (except in exceptional cases, refer to our rules and regulations).

ECA/AES BUSES

Transport after Kindergarten and Elementary ECAs

Note: Price not included in the ECA or in the school bus fees.

Woodlands Transport, the service provider selected by IFS, proposes a return bus service after ECAs with centralised drop-off points, better adapted to the rhythm of the extracurricular activities (with different children present each day of the week).

This bus service operates from Monday to Friday (for the 2 Friday sessions). There is no bus service on Saturday morning.
