The re-enrolment procedure for the next school year is for students who are currently enroled at IFS.

Re-enrolment
Re-enrolments for the 2025-2026 school year will soon open on Eduka starting from 12 March 2025. Kindly fill up an online re-enrolment file for each child.
Reminder: The Student Contract and Advisory Note will be signed electronically using two-factor authentication (2FA). You will not be required to provide us with original copies.
RE-ENROLMENT
Dates to remember
- 11 April 2025: deadline to submit the re-enrolment files. It is important to note that after this date, we will not be able to guarantee a place for your child.
- 15 April 2025: Re-enrolment fee billing. Families whose re-enrolment files are complete will receive an invoice for the 2025-2026 re-enrolment fee.
- 5 June 2025: deadline for the payment of this fee. Payment will finalise the re-enrolment and secure the seat for your child.
- 3 July 2025: from this date on, if the re-enrolment file has been duly completed and the payment made, a confirmation email will be sent to you to validate your child’s re-enrolment.
IMPORTANT: If you wish to cancel your child’s re-enrolment, the departure file must be submitted no later than 3 July 2025 in order to be reimbursed for the re-enrolment fee. After this deadline, the re-enrolment fee invoiced will be forfeited to IFS.
Seat allocation and re-enrolment confirmation for the subsequent academic year is conditioned by the re-enrolment fee payment. For any departure submitted after the last day of school of the current academic year, the re-enrolment fee invoiced will be deducted from the school fee’s advance (SFA).
